The only thing I like is the $1.00 wash. The lady that works is mean & acts like she doesn't acknowledge someone. A person that's never been there nor used the card that they offered was getting attituded for asking a simple question. Never going back. I rather pay full price than to see her face. And she never has change untill 2pm.
I've only been here twice to do laundry. It is what it is. My only complaint is that they wouldn't refund my charge card I have through them. I don't see why it's a big deal or how difficult it could be to do so. Unprofessional I believe. If I have no need to come back and use what's rest on my card then why shouldn't I be entitled to getting my money back and it's not like it's posted anywhere saying they don't do refunds.
It's clean n the people are nice n there washers n dryer are reasonable
Very, very, very rude.. Doesn't acknowledge the customer when walking in, unless you're a regular. Left customer at the counter waiting as she tended to other things as if having a customer waiting without acknowledging their presence isn't rude. There's a older Caucasian female with dirty blonde hair always seem to have a very rude & nasty disposition.. I've been here twice and don't plan on returning.. The 2nd time I left because of how rude the lady was to me.. The prices are a bit much to wash, but the drying is fine..
